Andrew has over 20 years’ of industry experience with particular expertise in land acquisition and planning. He has worked in senior management for privately owned and publicly listed companies, including Shanly Homes, Berkeley Homes and Antler Homes.
Richard Godkin FCA
FINANCE
With more than 25 years’ experience in housebuilding, Richard’s previous roles include Finance Director at Grenville Homes and regional Finance Director at both Linden Homes and Berkeley Homes.

Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years, Chris previously held roles with some of the industry’s most recognisable names including Ideal Homes, Berkeley Homes, Charles Church, Gleeson, Royalton and Grenville Homes.
